The NHDR Dataset Submission System – HNDD is a platform designed for the submission of health and health-related data, including publicly funded health, nutrition, and demographic-related administrative and survey data.

The system is accessible to researchers, data analysts, and institutions involved in health data collection and analysis. It is designed to accommodate authorized users who need to submit, review, or manage health datasets.

The NHDR Dataset Submission System – It refers to processed health nutrition, and demographic – related data that an agency, institution, or entity routinely collects and frequently used to determine how successful the agency, or organization is achieving its stated goals, and/or service delivery.

The DSS-HNDD accepts two file formats: CSV and Excel. To prevent delays in the review process, ensure your dataset complies with the submission guidelines.

After submitting your dataset, you can track its status by navigating to the “Dataset” main module and selecting the “Submission” sub-module. From there, you can view the status of your submitted datasets in the “List of All Submitted Datasets” section. This feature provides real-time updates on the review process.

If your dataset is rejected, you will receive detailed feedback explaining the reasons for the rejection. You should address the identified issues, make necessary corrections, and resubmit the dataset through the system.

Yes, the system employs robust security measures to protect your data. All submissions are encrypted and stored securely to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the data.

Once the review process begins, editing is restricted. You can only edit your submission after the review process is complete. To make changes, navigate to the “Datasets” main module, select the “Submission” sub-module, and choose the dataset you wish to edit from the list of rejected submissions. Then, update the necessary information.
